The Joint Admission Test for MSc (JAM) is an admission test conducted every year by IIT for admission in Master of Science and other post graduate science programs at the various Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, various Indian Institute Of Science Education and Research (IISER) and other top Indian institutes like many National Institute Of Technology (NIT), NISER Bhubaneswar etc. These all institutes are institutions of national importance and are well known, all over the world, for quality education in engineering, science and technology and research in frontier areas. The aim of IIT’s and IISc is to build a sound foundation of knowledge, produce excellence and enhance creativity in an intellectually stimulating environment. The vibrant academic ambience and well equipped research infrastructure of IISc and IIT’s motivate the student to pursue research and development careers in frontier areas of basic sciences as well as interdisciplinary areas of science and technology.
The Optimist offers Regular and Weekend IIT-JAM Physics Coaching . The course is designed to cover all the important M. Sc. entrance exams in Physics (TIFR, IIT JAM, JEST, JNU, DU). The speciality of this course is that all subjects are taught starting with beginner to the advanced level concepts. Our methodology helps students in developing concepts and numerical solving ability.
Classroom tests are conducted on a regular basis based on the current exam pattern. These tests are discussed in detail after the tests are held. This helps students to assess their individual performance and get feedback from faculties to improve upon it.
Topicwise Assignments and Study Material are provided which complements the classroom notes and discussions.
